It runs on 400V, which is exactly what industrial power setups expect. That choice keeps the current lower on the wiring, so you don’t have to overthink the electrical side. At 2500W, you get a lot of heat packed into a small footprint. And the physical package is intentionally lean: a 300mm tube, just 10mm in diameter. That means you can concentrate the heat where you need it, even in tight spots, without tearing up the machine layout.

Inside, the lamp uses a halogen-filled quartz envelope. The payoff is simple: the filament stays stable when things get scorching, so you get steady output even during long, demanding runs. The tube is finished with a hard coat, because industrial environments are rough. It’s meant to resist impact and shrug off contamination. And the wiring is straightforward: an R7s two-pin connector that locks in cleanly. It gives you a solid mechanical hold, so the lamp stays put even when vibration is part of the job.
